Senior Project Manager
London
As a Barclays Senior Project Manager, you will be managing a complex, multi asset project involving multiple work streams and teams. You will be required to see and manage the end-to-end picture, managing multiple stakeholders. Furthermore, you will be responsible for all forecasting and budgets and act as the main escalation point for the programme.

- Managing projects within a highly complex environment, considering an everchanging environment
- Partnering with a variety of senior stakeholders across multiple business areas
- Delivering and managing change within a market’s environment
- Analysing and managing problems across the programme, with the ability to solve complex issues
- Managing across multiple asset classes within the programme
- Influencing and negotiating across multiple levels
- In depth knowledge of front to back Structured Derivatives Issuance workflows and processes
- Proven ability to influence and manage across multiple teams to deliver complex projects
- Ability to build relationships with the Front Office, Operations, Compliance and Technology
- Excellent communication and relationship skills and stakeholder management
- Technical background desirable
- Naturally curious and attracted to complicated problems
- Driven to apply order and process, yet flexible to adapt as needed for continuous improvement
- Understanding of project financials

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as: a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and is easily accessible by tube and bus links.
