As a Barclays Senior Project Manager you will be joining Legal Technology team that provides technology services for the Legal teams within Barclays. In your new role, you will be managing the Book of Work for the Document Management and eDiscovery programs, providing oversight to Business Analyst and Project Manager.

What will you be doing?
• Project Managing for the delivery of the Contract Lifecycle Management book of work
- Being accountable for deliveries and escalation point for all team related activities
- Taking budgetary and financial accountability for the designated Legal Tech stream to ensure effective spend against agreed budgets
- Taking ownership of roadmap for build, upkeep and improvement of Legal systems and to keep progress against the migration of core technologies to the cloud
- Performing supply management with vendors
- Managing stakeholder reviews and approvals of key legal documents and decision (e.g. amendment agreement templates)
- Adhering to all governance related to tech delivery (tech standards, data privacy, CSO, Architecture)
- Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements
What we’re looking for:
• Proven track record as a Project manager with banking sector experience
- High quality presentation skills and competency in Excel and Powerpoint
- Ability to tackle new technical areas without prior experience
- Line management expertise to enhance the careers of their direct reports
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Previous experience working on a Legal workstream /project preferred
- Ability to manage varied workload under pressure and deal with competing priorities
- Excellent commercial focus and ability to think laterally
- Good communicator with solid personal impact with ability to forge relations working remotely from stakeholders
