- Functional knowledge in developing, implementing, maintaining, and coordinating security policies and procedures; conducted physical security risk assessments of facilities including manufacturing, distribution, trade, and office
- Completed Master or Bachelor’s Degree (e.g. in Business, Criminal Justice or an equivalent) from an accredited university
- Proven experience in multi-site/country environment handling security and Loss Prevention in supply chain, logistics, transportation
- Communication and Influencing- demonstrate ability to identify the customer expectation and adjust language/ style to suit the listener; structure the information using correct terminology and grammar; be articulate and well-reasoned; solution-focused; customer-focused; have excellent follow-up
- Experience planning, scheduling and tracking project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Experience developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations
- Experience coordinating project scope changes, identifying potential crises, and devising contingency plans
- Familiarity with security equipment such as intrusion detection devices, access control systems, and CCTV
- Proficient with MS Office Professional Suite, including intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Be able to work and travels as required by business needs (up to 50% EMEA)
The Senior Program Manager is supporting the operations organization: Working with the Operational teams as well as cross-functional teams throughout the organization. They will be instrumental in propelling network wide projects to effect continual improvements in business goals, productivity and development of Loss Prevention within the company.
The Senior Program Manager is field based. They will be required to engage with, and influence global-, regional- and local business senior leadership.
Key deliverables
Subject matter Expert for End to End Secure Network to ensure the security of the products within the Amazon Supply Chain
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work with cross functional teams to develop and deploy specific programs to motivate associates and staff to comply with policies, programs, standards and guidelines
- Enhance, track, and report on metrics, which are key performance indicators, allowing performance improvements so that the desired outcomes are achieved to plan and in a timely manner
- Assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud and conduct interviews when appropriate
- Develop action steps to support internal customers in resolving identified issues and mitigating risks, including identified certified contractors who resolve physical security system issues
- Develop business cases which receive the required approval, financial and technical resources, and the support of appropriate management to enact desired changes
- Handle a high volume workload and in fast pace, complex, changing environment
- Organise complex data streams and identify meaningful, actionable trends
- Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methods is desired.

- ASIS International CPP and PSP certification
- Extensive network in Logistics, e.g. connected to TAPA EMEA
- TAPA training and certification
- Interviewing and Interrogation experience desired: Wicklander and Zulawski certification
