How we got here
Our founder took the business from being a side hustle on his sofa to an amazing office in east London with an epic team of 20.
We have grown from a single event to a global event series, a portfolio of digital courses and a library of content. We have built a global community of over 100k marketing, sales and tech professionals to help them grow their careers and companies.
Today we work with companies from TikTok to Coca-Cola and Adobe to McKinsey.
The role
The Senior Production Executive will report to the Director of Marketing & CX. As the successful candidate you’ll be primarily responsible for:
Project Management
- Production project planning and documenting
- Managing production budgets
- Assisting in the rostering of staff
- Coordinating schedules and liaising with freelancers, talent and clients
- Sending produced material to clients/marketing for approval
- Ensure all material is produced to the scheduled time
- Compliance, copyright and licencing requirements
Content
- Creative visualiation and storyboarding
- Producing and directing shoots
- Set up, staging and coordination of live streams
- Upholding the company brand presence to a high standard
- Captioning of courses, commercials and content (inhouse and/or freelance briefing and coordination)
- Production for courses, commercials and content (inhouse and/or freelance briefing and coordination)
- Creation of promotional assets (inhouse and/or freelance briefing and coordination)
- Shooting, editing and design (inhouse and/or freelance briefing and coordination)
- Asset library management
Studio Management
- Organisation and administration of the production office
- Inventory management on equipment, wiring, and accessories
- Clean and maintain audio-visual equipment
- Assemble & operate lighting, sound and video equipment for use in live events, webinars, and production of online learning
- Run tests on videos, audio, and signals and troubleshooting any problems that arise
Other tasks as required.
Senior Production Executive Experience and skills
Essential
- 3+ years’ experience as a project manager, studio manager, production assistant, content producer or similar
- Exceptional organisational capabilities and project management skills
- Working knowledge of camera and lighting techniques
- Visual design skills and ability to storyboard
- Working knowledge of live stream management and solutions
- You can speak the technical language of videographers and designers
- Clear, concise and effective communicator to internal and external stakeholders through various mediums
- High standards and meticulous attention to detail
- An ability to successfully liaise with clients, crew & talent
- An ability to work under pressure and think laterally
- A good knowledge and understanding of office administration
- Good computer skills
- A desire to work in a creative & technical environment
- Basic shooting and editing skills
Highly favourable
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, Illustrator, AfterEffects
- Media company or production agency background
- Experience of creating online learning and/or video.
