Key Responsibilities:

Drive end to end metadata implementation
-
Ensure that define key attributes that need to be captured in metadata
-
Link metadata to business catalog
-
Enrich metadata that supports discoverability
-
Validate accurate metadata is onboarded
-
Responsible for delivering cross content interoperability and cross capability interoperability
-
Work closely with all stakeholders (internal and external) to understand needs, any friction, and opportunities to improve engagement
-
Adhering to the internal product governance framework ensuring team meet key milestones and deliver high quality documentation
-
Cultivate a team of high performing Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers and UX Designers that can deliver successful product outcomes
-
Articulate business outcomes for proposed priorities to various audiences, ranging from leadership to scrum team
-
Work closely with the engineers and content specialists; rally the team behind the roadmap, set goals and ship the roadmap in a fast-paced environment
-
Collaborate with product teammates to bring data insights into marketplace products that ultimately benefit our end users
-
Translate “What” to build for your capability areas into user stories; prioritise what goes into a sprint, and groom the backlog
We are seeking:

Proven track record of shipping data products and capabilities that resulted in business impact
-
Experience in scoping projects and have demonstrated an understanding in how data pipelines are built
-
Experience in building data products from scratch
-
An up-to-date knowledge of market, industry and regulatory trends in your product area, and an interest in maintaining that knowledge
-
A strong understanding of data products and the financial market data and infrastructure industry
-
A relentless focus on the client, and will base decisions on data and feedback from clients, both internal and external
-
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions based on impact
