This Senior Producer role provides an exciting opportunity to join the fast paced and exciting team that produce high profile campaigns (Entertainment) at Sky Creative. The right candidate will be exposed to advertising campaigns that showcase some of the best content Sky have to offer!
What you'll do:
Overall leadership and responsibility for cross-business and cross-discipline advertising projects.
Lead the production of a 360 entertainment campaign ensuring successful delivery of all On Air & Off air elements
Take the lead on specific campaign based projects, scope out effective production solutions to ensure assets are delivered on time and within budget
Managing feedback and approvals process both within SCA and wider business
Maintaining team documents including resource, project and budget trackers
Working with resource managers to ensure projects are resourced accurately and budget is in place to backfill where needed
Negotiate the best deals for Sky throughout the production process, whilst maintaining quality of work
Lead on all negotiations with agents/production companies for on and off screen talent
What you'll bring:
Substantial (5+ years) 360 production and post-production knowledge gained in either a broadcast media, advertising agency or production company background or equivalent is essential
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and drive a project from brief to delivery
Demonstrable production and broadcast technology experience – knowledge of formats, cameras, lighting, studio and location equipment as well as media management and post production workflow including VFX and audio
Demonstrable skills and knowledge gained from high level talent negotiation
Proven track record of managing budgets and forward planning
A hands-on producer and people developer with proven ability to get the best out of individuals and a team including line management responsibilities
Strong organisational skills particularly those involving complex 360 production techniques for all media - digital, video, print and stills
