Location: Aylesford, Kent : , Full Time/ Flexible / Hybrid Key responsibilities As a Senior Planner, you will be working within the Construction Delivery and Pre Construction Teams to offer planning expertise Retaining an overall monitoring capacity for complex projects to ensure construction plans are created, updated, and amended in line with project needs. Your day to day will include: · Producing tender programmes · Attending regular site visits to assist the team with planning issues · Collating progress information and understanding any areas of concern during the planning stage · Creating workable construction programmes, monitoring and updating · Advising and providing planning expertise across projects Who are we looking for? This role of Senior Planner is great for you if: · Have construction planning experience gained within the or environment · You have a solid history of working on build tenders and projects between £20M - £80M in value · You are an experienced operator of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project software · You are based within commuting distance of London · You enjoy working across projects with a wide range of stakeholders and colleagues. · You can manage you own diary across multiple projects We’re all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferable skills are always welcome!
