About Green Park
We are a fast-growing, global content agency with a big heart,who deliver amazing audience-led content that helps brands connect with their audiences. We work for global consumer brands of large organisations such as Unilever, Campari, Sanofi and many others. As our strategic and creative output increases, we are expanding our planning and strategy team, led by our Chief Strategy Officer.
Purpose of the job:
- Become a strategic partner to our clients through bringing insight-driven strategies and creative work
What you’ll do:
- Client-facing, you will understand our client’s needs and challenges
- Proactively share ideas for how we can strengthen our clients’ brands through higher performing digital content
- Develop Creative briefs for our creative teams and work with them collaboratively on the creative process
- Shape Digital strategy for brands, building personas, build out creative into campaign planning and developing content-led user journeys
- Develop new brand propositions for Content hubs and websites
Who you are:
- Minimum 5 years working experience working in planning/strategy in a creative/digital agency. May have gained a strong foundation in a big agency but wants to be in a more entrepreneurial, creative organization where you can shape your future more.
- Consumer insight-driven and brings creative ideas and challenge on how to do things differently to maximise performance in digital channels. Proactively spotting opportunities for brands to leverage.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels across paid, owned and earned. Able to see their relative strengths and weaknesses and take a measured, holistic view on the role of each when it comes to a brand’s specific challenges.
- Instinctive understanding of brands and how they are crafted and have the core marketing thinking skills that enable you to identify brand strengths, weaknesses and opportunity areas vs competitors.
- Great at collaborating & building support from others, able to successfully manage client stakeholders and run group workshop sessions.
- Natural curiosity, are a great listener and know how to prepare and ask targeted questions that help get to the bottom of client briefs and needs
