The role
We’re looking for a someone who can manage and scale our performance channels for our core B2C product.
You will be obsessed with optimising ads and exploring new opportunities that will help us drive down our Customer Acquisition Cost while growing our customer base. You will quickly understand what makes our customers tick and which segments we should prioritise.You will execute activities cross channel, analyse trends and data, conduct research, and run tests to come up with creative and innovative ideas to hit ambitious growth targets.
We have been successful in the 0-1 phase - we’ve managed to acquired a large market share of the exam prep market. It’s time for you to lead the 1-10 phase and make Atom Learning the go-to platform for all children and parents preparing for 11+ & Grammar school exams.
Who you are
- 3+ years experience working as a Performance Specialist / Manager Manager.
- A track record of delivering growth through Paid Search (Google ads) Paid Social (Meta, Linkedin) and Native (Taboola, Outbrain) and affiliate programmes (Commission Junction).
- You’ve scaled a new performance channel from the ground up.
- You are experienced in using complex data to identify and prioritise campaigns that generate the best outcomes.
- You are an expert in setting up and implementing tracking.
- Experience using various tools including Hotjar, Mixpanel, Tableau, GA4.
What you will do
- Own the Paid Search and Paid Social budget and roadmap for Atom in the UK, ensuring budget is utilised in the most efficient way.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to plan, test, and execute new performance strategies across digital and non-digital channels.
- Ensure all CPA targets are within the allowable, and we are utilising best practices for all the paid media campaigns.
- Liaise with sales and customer success to maximise customer value and retention for your user group.
- Analyse data to make informed decisions about growth tactics.
- Report bi-weekly on paid channels, ensuring recommendations from this reporting are made and executed.
- Measure key performance metrics to grow online marketing ROI and audience engagement.
