The Company
Psychiatry-UK LLP is the leading provider of online mental health services in the United Kingdom, made up of three large chambers of consultant psychiatrists divided by specialty, as well as nurse prescribers and non-clinical support services, assessing and treating 2000+ patients each month within the NHS and private sector across all ages.
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and committed individual with exceptional minute taking accuracy, who can meet deadlines in a fast-paced, demanding environment requiring skills of autonomy and initiative.
You will join our busy, virtual PA team and be available to work 40 hours a week from your secure home office environment. You will be required to attend a number of regular meetings during core business hours. A company laptop is provided.
Examples of activity – this list is not exhaustive but primary duties will include:
- Attend and arrange meetings, events and schedules using Microsoft Teams and 365 software
- Record accurate and concise minutes
- Provide flexible PA support to the Board, Executive Team, Senior Managers and Clinical Operations
- Provide cover for colleagues when and where necessary
- Plan own workload to ensure that weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual tasks are met.
- Prioritise workload with consideration to issues arising and responding to shifting priorities appropriately
- Actively participate in regular supervision with the line manager
- Participate in audits, performance monitoring and meet objectives
- Completing mandatory training
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communicator with a high degree of literacy,
- Above-average IT skills and be conversant with Microsoft Office software suite and be readily adaptable to fast-paced changes in service.
- Broad knowledge of Excel
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Be positive and solution-focussed
- Ability to accurately follow instructions, but also use own initiative
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills - Prioritise workload with consideration to issues arising and responding to shifting priorities appropriately.
- Excellent organisation skills and the ability to multitask
- Deal with requests and queries from senior managers
- Able to work well in a team but also with autonomy
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
