Job description
Operations Strategy is responsible for low frequency, high impact project work pertaining to all elements of UKI Operations. This work includes optimising internal ways of working in the department, managing weekly and monthly reporting plus delivering longer-term projects focusing on efficiency gains. The team's work is cross-functional and collaborative at its core.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Operations Strategy you will play a key role in driving operational excellence in the department. This includes collating weekly (WPR) and monthly reports (MBR), presenting data and insights to the wider team and ensuring target setting and tracking are robust.
Working with the rest of the team, you are responsible for driving general efficiencies and process improvements while supporting our Planning & Analytics, Content & Engagement and Partner Operations teams with project work.
You'll also lead on the planning and execution of team social and engagement events, lead on internal comms and Introonet posts as well as team strategy days. This is a diverse role requiring a blend of data composition, presentation skills, project management and interpersonal skills.

- Thorough understanding of UKI Operations - quickly building and demonstrating thorough knowledge of the department, the models with which we interact and the goals of the team will be essential to success
