Responsibilities:
· Stock control - issuing budgets to salon management, cross referencing spends and reporting up to Head of Performance on results.
· Utilities – Liaising with suppliers and providers.
· Project management - assisting the Head of People with implementing B-Corp goals and objectives.
· Maintenance - liaising with salon management on requirements, signing off costs, organising 3rd party contractors, checking completed works are to a high standard.
· Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of cross-referencing account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
· Front of House team co-ordination, scheduling, approving holiday requests, absence management, building performance reports, co-ordinating training, phone operator systems management.
· Help oversee and manage individual accounts. Create, send, and follow up on invoices.
· Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients.
· Assist the Head of Salon Performance in building and creating financial reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Suggest changes or improvements to increase profitability, accuracy, efficiency, and cost reductions.
· Ad hoc operational & administrative support for the Head of Performance.
· Any other ad hoc duties as required by the business.
Requirements:
· Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills & experience.
· Experience in a fast-paced commercial setting (e.g., retail, hospitality, FMCG, Hair & Beauty)
· Excellent project management skills.
· Thorough attention to detail.
· Excellent verbal and written communication.
· Ability to work in a group and on their own.
· Strong organisational skills.
· Confidence in decision making.
· Positive attitude for when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
· Familiarity with scheduling and organisational software
Reporting to: The Head of Performance
Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri)
Location: Hybrid – occasional site visits.
Salary: £30-35k depending on experience
