We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and passionate Senior National Account Manager - Convenience, Impulse & Wholesale to join us on a permanent, full-time basis in our Sales & Distribution division on site in Banbury. Remote working options will be considered for the right candidate
As a Senior National Account Manager- Convenience, Impulse & Wholesale, your duties will include:
- To constantly deliver and exceed against DCS sales and margin targets
- Build successful relationships with and existing DCS customers, growing DCS' market share through the relevant customer, category and shopper growth drivers
- Continuously improve DCS' financial performance through customer behaviours, managing suppplier investment and terms agreements, impacting for example, cashflow, stock days, average case value, logistics efficiences
- Have a thorough customer understanding e.g. KPIs, contacts, portfolios, shopper profiles, etc. and take responsibility for total account business modeling, long-term strategic modeling of all supplier investment, building customer plans with constant analysis of ROI
- Ensure all activites relating to medicines and medical devises are in accordance with Good Distribution Practice (GDP) of medicinal products
What we are looking for in our ideal Senior National Account Manager - Convenience, Impulse & Wholesale:
- You will have experience gained, working in a similar role and working with the products we manufacture / supply
- You will have excellent commercial awareness, therefore have a thorough understanding of commercial business modeling / P&L ownership
- You will customer and results focused, so be able to build solid business relationships, be a strong influencer and be able to expand product lines into outlets
- You will be highly organised, with planning and time-management skills. You will be fully adept at using all Microsoft software packages i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel etc.
- You be a strong leader, be able to inspire your team/colleagues. You therefore must be a confident communicator, in writing and verbally and be able to interact effortlessly with stakeholders at all levels
