ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play an instrumental role in the growth and transformation of Peloton. In this role, you will balance strategy and execution, partner with multiple business units, and provide insight and leadership into recruitment strategies and best-in-class recruitment practices. You will lead a team of recruiters, supporting them in their career development, ensuring that candidates are having positive recruitment experiences and business units are meeting their hiring goals.
The ideal candidate will have functional leader presence and a business mentality, demonstrated by a strong record of partnering with the business to identify talent needs, developing strategies to meet those needs, and leading a team of recruiters as we work to bring some of the world's top talent to Peloton. The ability to get results while remaining agile will be critical to your success.
YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- An innovative Talent Acquisition leader that addresses emerging talent demands, uses data and talent insights to make decisive decisions and tailors recruiting resources with a high level of ownership for successful outcomes
- Development and evolution of recruitment processes, ensuring they are clearly defined and detailed, implemented and well communicated across markets, business units and teams.
- Deliver results, attracting top talent across complex international markets. Allocating time and resources to focus on top business priorities while effectively developing strategic business partnerships. This may require implementing different solutions to meet the needs of various markets, functions and business unite, in compliance with local data privacy legislations and controls
- Strong collaborator, business partner and ability to coach executives and leaders throughout the business on Talent Acquisition
- Positive relationship with our People Team to solve complex issues, build alignment and effectively drive practical solutions or change management. This will require analyzing multiple sources of data and information.
- Develop and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals, creating a highly effective and engaged team that pushes one another to exceed performance levels
YOU BRING TO PELOTON
- History of experience leading Talent Acquisition teams, developing and mentoring talent in a global company!
- Experience influencing and mentoring our senior level (VP+) clients and business partners
- Passionate and knowledgeable about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) and how to apply DE&I principles into our TA programs and initiatives
- Experience translating vision and strategy into daily operations and actionable performance goals
- Analytical, comfortable with large data sets, able to extract business insights from analysis and utilize to make sound recommendations!
- Curiosity to learn, ability to solve complex problems and successfully manage ambiguity and unexpected change
- Innovative mindset: ability to design, build and pilot initiatives that drive desired outcomes; can scale successful programs!
