I have an exclusive opportunity as a Senior Manager of Operations for a pharmaceutical company working on a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

You will be responsible for
· Determining short, medium- and long-term operating strategies and then deploying them within the departments
· Working with internal and external auditors
· Ensuring the manufacturing processes run efficiently against key deliverables (GMP, H&S, cost targets, on-time targets)
· Monitoring and implementing improvements to production processes and KPIs
· Driving the continuous improvement programme
· Managing, supporting, and developing your own team (Direct and Indirect reports)
· Determine and control the budgetary contributions for the departments
You will bring the following
· Significant operations management experience within a highly regulated industry (pharmaceuticals is desired)
· Experience with auditing - Excellent communication skills
· Strong experience managing teams with direct and indirect reports
· BSc in a relevant field e.g. Engineering, Biochemistry or Biology
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £75,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Yearly bonus
