Regional Audit Delivery Centers (RADCs) deliver a suite of audit and administrative services for the global audit and assurance practice, supporting audit engagement teams deliver high quality and efficient audits. Additionally, perform standard audit tasks and providing a range of support services throughout the audit engagement lifecycle.

Our Senior Manager for the Global RADC team will lead and support the expansion of a high quality, standardized RADC service offering for Tier 4 Very Simple Audits (‘VSAs’). This position will play a critical role in the development of the delivery center within the Tier 4 operating model, champion the RADCs as a critical part of an engagement and seek opportunities to integrate throughout the engagement life cycle. Additionally, this role will develop the strategy, scope and services necessary to support relevant Tier 4 and RADC initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead global development and deployment of Tier 4 RADC services and own critical stakeholder relationships (Levvia product team, the Global deployment and adoption team, RADC management and the Global Audit and Assurance Learning (GAAL) team) to drive awareness, change and drive utilisation of RADCs
  • Work closely with critical stakeholders you will develop and oversee all Tier 4 global RADC content (i.e., deployment and operation materials, including learning development), and support its deployment globally
  • Coordinate and communication with stakeholders from many areas of the business and geographies
  • Identify learning needs, content for each Levvia release, plus prepare learning content using support from the Global learning team
  • Manage 17-person Global RADC team (largely based in London), as well as work closely with member firms and delivery centers across the Deloitte network
  • Lead the global Tier 4 RADC communications, managing relevant content and materials for webcasts and other vital methods of communications
  • Deliver on strategic RADC Global D&A leadership meetings for Tier 4 transformation leads, forum meetings and/or working groups through direct discussions with leadership of individual geographies and RADCs across the globe
