Connect to your Industry

Deloitte is one of the largest student employers in the UK. In total, we recruit around 3,500 students every year into Apprentice and Graduate programmes, as well as a broad range of work experience opportunities. To fulfil these demanding requirements, we attract over 70,000 candidates each year. We have a passion not just for recruiting the best student talent in the marketplace but ensuring we’re making a positive impact on the lives of students in the UK, and our wider society. This means we’re focused on working with students at different times in their academic careers to educate them on career opportunities, helping them develop employability skills and ensuring we widen access to Professional Services to the most diverse range of candidates, by reducing barriers these students might face in exploring careers at Deloitte.

Due to continued growth and transformation, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our award-winning Early Careers Recruitment Team as an Early Careers Recruitment Senior Manager. The Early Careers Recruitment team is fast paced, forward thinking, fuelled by achieving success, delivering a best-in-class experience, and committed to enhancing the firm’s diversity. The Early Careers Recruitment team numbers circa 30 inhouse resources plus additional RPO screening and scheduling support. The team sits within the Resourcing function as part of the UK firm’s wider HR capability. The Early Careers Recruitment team is based around the UK, working as one team to deliver a holistic service to our candidates and stakeholders.
