THE ROLE*
As Senior Maître D of Nobu Restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire reservations process and in creating an exceptional guest experience for our guests. Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:
- To lead the host/hostess team in order to deliver a fantastic service.
- Allocating all reservations and taking them to their seats.
- Overlooking the whole reservations process on a daily basis.
- Ensure all reservation details are up to date from special occasions to allergens.
- Creation of guest profiles; making note of guest preferences such as table, menu items, dishes etc.
- Ensuring all guests are greeted by their first name.
- To be an ambassador for Nobu as well as someone who embodies our values and commitment to our teams.
