Current hourly rate: £11.69 - £13.02
Pay award pending 01/08/23 increasing to £22,680 - £25,375 per annum (£11.94 - £13.36 per hour)

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Lifeguard/Sport Assistant to join our friendly team and provide operational support to the Rosenblatt swimming pool and surrounding sports complex.

About the Role
We are looking for a team player to join the Sports Department team as a Senior Lifeguard/Sports Assistant working throughout the entire sports complex at our Iffley Road site.
As a member of operational staff, you will provide full support to the Management Team and support the day-to-day operation, along with acting up as a Duty Manager when required.
Our working hours are an average of 36.5 per week and you will work on a well-balanced 2-week shift rota which includes just three set days during the week and short weekend shifts every other weekend.


About You
You will need to hold a RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or be a strong swimmer who is willing to obtain an NPLQ. First Aid at Work and Pool Plant Operator qualifications would be ideal but training for these can be provided.
