Job Description: Senior lawyer in charge of securitisation transactions. Assisting the Front Office (primarily GSCS and solutions advisory) with the structuring and documentation of transactions or contemplated transactions: ABS CLO Receivables and other debt instruments financing, sale or acquisition Debt funds Asset and portfolio refinancing Reg cap transactions Liaising with external counsel in relation to such transactions or contemplated transactions Legal analysis on new products and contributions for the New Product Committee Reporting to management in London and, as applicable, in Paris and liaising with other Natixis staff in London and Paris Natixis
