About the Role

We are looking for an eager and committed colleague who is enthusiastic about their research, but equally able to deliver in the classroom. Academic management experience in leading modules and teams of colleagues, would be an advantage.

The Department of Human Resource Management is one of NBS’ six departments with 46 academic colleagues covering a range of Human Resource Management specialisms. The Department is forward looking and has a strong community of academics who are active in research and who are business and professions focussed.

We have a long standing collaborative working relationship with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in both teaching and research.
