About The Role
Here at CarFinance 247, we are looking for a Senior Learning and Development Trainer to join our vibrant Learning & Development Team.
As a Senior Learning & Development Trainer, you will deliver exceptional learning and development solutions to support the 247 Group in achieving its goals. You will be an advocate for business change and support stakeholders in ensuring their employees are competent.
The Senior L&D Trainer will support employees with their career progression helping them achieve success at the 247 Group through strong understanding of the training cycle. You will keep your understanding and knowledge of learning and development current and up to date through continuous professional development and recognised qualifications if required.
Responsibilities for the Learning & Development Trainer include:
- Deliver the company induction to all 247 Group new starters ensuring all objectives are met.
- Support the delivery of the attaining competence journeys across the 247 Group through training and coaching.
- Support the L&D Manager in ensuring that the minimum requirements of an employees attaining competence journey have been completed.
- Support delivery of risk and compliance actions and group wide T&C changes ensuring all communications are clear and logged in the correct channels.
- Design and deliver the 247 Group leadership development programme to aspiring, new to role and established managers.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skill to carry out thorough training needs analysis to support recommendation of a learning and development solution including success criteria.
- Be able to design blended learning solutions via different platforms including e-learning which support digital and face to face training ensuring content is in line with the company brand and engaging.
- Deliver top of class face to face classroom training to a range of learners of different levels from new employees to management ensuring all objectives are met.
- Ensure training is embedded, using a range of evaluation methods to ensure that training has landed and where the data suggests it hasn’t, additional interventions are delivered.
- Build trust with stakeholders and become a trusted go to person for all learning and development solutions.
