Senior IT Support Engineer
This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join an internal IT department helping to provide a variety of IT Support across the company worldwide. The successful candidate will have proven experience maintaining and troubleshooting Microsoft Desktop systems, deploying and troubleshooting Windows Server, and advanced knowledge of managing systems under Active Directory and Azure AD.
This role will also help guide and support an apprentice level team member, and assist the department in maintaining core IT infrastructure and systems. There will be opportunities to get involved in small scale IT projects, as well as create/maintain documentation and processes.
In addition to the above, we are seeking IT professionals with the following skills/experience:
- Virtualisation and cloud technologies
- Microsoft Server
- Office 365
- Active Directory (+ Azure AD)
- Administration of Mac OS

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
