Overview below of some of the essential and desirable criteria: Essential Criteria: Highly skilled in using SQL, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint and Word Extensive understanding of clinical and non-clinical informatics processes Significant experience of using complex Business Intelligence tools to triangulated information from various sources within an information environment Understanding of financial concepts Significant experience and understanding of population health, value based healthcare, prudent healthcare and its application within NHS Wales. Significant experience of communicating complex issues and data concepts to a range of people. Significant Experience in working with Clinical staff to be able to provide insights from the analysis.
Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of PROM (patient reported outcome measures) analysis Knowledge of Statistical Analysis and using Statistical packages (SPSS, R) Modelling based on NICE guidelines Ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements PRINCE II and/or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Practitioner Ability to speak Welsh The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply
