The ideal candidate must have good IT, data management and people skills and the ability to work within a busy and fast-developing team.

Experience of the UKVI’s Student Route visa scheme would be an advantage as you will be involved in lots of aspects of compliance activity including:

  • Advice when things take an unexpected turn
  • Graduate visa opportunities
  • Support with issues such as travel, placement and parental leave

Ideally, you will have a good understanding of current and emerging issues in international student compliance.

As a member of the wider Academic Registry, candidates also need well-established customer service, communication and reporting skills, a good eye for detail and the ability to undertake documentation and training activities.

You should demonstrate experience of working in a service-orientated environment, with some experience in a higher educational environment being desirable. A good educational background is required.

For an informal conversation regarding this exciting role please contact Andrew Penman, Director of Academic Registry at [email protected]

At UCA, creativity and innovation are at the heart of what we do. Our legacy of educating eager and passionate artists, makers and thinkers runs back almost 160 years, and today we’re helping shape a global future that supports and nourishes talent worldwide.

Our campuses across Surrey and Kent are vibrant communities, each specialising in different areas of the creative industries. Are you ready to share your passion for creativity with the next generation of innovators? If so, we want to hear from you.
