Since launching in 2009, Back on Track has become a well-established and friendly service who are (due to successful applications to clinical doctorate) looking for 2 Senior PWPs. We welcome applicants from those who enjoy variety, new experiences and autonomy.

- Support the Step 2 Leads and Lead PWP in the operational management of the PWP team.
- Holding a small caseload and working with some of the more complex Step 2-appropriate cases seen within the service.
- Provide case management, clinical supervision and line management for Trainee PWPs and other B4 Step 2 roles, e.g. Assistant PWPs.
- Assist in clinically related admin, collection of statistics, development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
- Work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary. You should be committed to equal opportunities.
- Work to recruit, on board and induct new members of the Step 2 team

Back on Track, Hammersmith & Fulham NHS Talking Therapy Service (Formerly IAPT) service is provided by West London NHS Trust in partnership with our third party counselling provider and Employment support provider.
The service operates from a main hub in Hammersmith, but delivers support in community locations within the Hammersmith & Fulham borough.
