You will benefit from a culture of energy, innovation and support! We are investing in staff with:

  • A stable, supportive and engaging working environment where no two days are the same.
  • A healthy work-life balance with a hybrid working week - our staff work at home on some days and on site other days. We require a minimum of 2 days in service, often more as needed as part of a managerial role.
  • A values driven environment - our Trust Values of Togetherness, Responsibility, Excellence and Caring underpin how we treat each other and our clients.
  • Reflective practice, excellent case management and clinical skills supervision.

  • Staff and team away days and social activities.
In a senior position, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to:
  • Support the Step 2 Leads and Lead PWP in the operational management of the PWP team.
  • Holding a small caseload and working with some of the more complex Step 2-appropriate cases seen within the service.
  • Provide case management, clinical supervision and line management for Trainee PWPs and other B4 Step 2 roles, e.g. Assistant PWPs.
  • Assist in clinically related admin, collection of statistics, development of audit and/or research projects, teaching and project work.
  • Work with people from different cultural backgrounds and ages, using interpreters when necessary. You should be committed to equal opportunities.
  • Work to recruit, on board and induct new members of the Step 2 team
The successful applicant will have a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner qualification, be registered with the BABCP/BPS, supervision experience and a can do and compassionate approach to management.
