Senior Human Capital Analyst will execute the overall data science strategy related to our People Analytics. This includes data governance practices and reporting capabilities to provide actionable information and insights about our people to drive business success. He / she will partner closely with business leaders, HR Leaders, IT and HR Technology teams, as well as other functions to build the infrastructure required to collect and analyze HR data, offer actionable analysis and reporting to managers and executives. This role will also be responsible for developing predictive analytics that will compel specific business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the broader HR Team and business leaders to understand the outcomes they are looking for, as well as their questions and needs with regards to workforce themes.
Manage the Global People analytics reporting framework.
Develop our Data Governance Model.
Drive the creation and delivery of standard scorecards, dashboards and KPIs. Optimize or build automated dashboards to empower stakeholders to self-serve their data and analytical needs.
Use a broad set of analytical tools and techniques and effectively tell compelling stories to target audiences, including senior leadership. Turn analyses into actionable data-driven insights and make business recommendations that support the strategic talent objectives of the organization.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition Team as well as the Strategic HR Business Partners to establish and drive our Strategic Workforce Planning process.
Drive data-driven people decisions and mindset across the company, starting with the HR team. Educate and empower HR teams with advanced analytic methods and insights.
Conduct research on trends and best practices to drive our long-term talent strategy and effectiveness.
Together with the HR Compliance/HR Audit team, identify any data discrepancies and oversee data hygiene for people analytics to ensure accuracy and clean data.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree
3+ years of business analysis, data science and/or research experience
3+ years of People/HR Analytics experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Post Graduate degree in Human Resources
Experience using Human Resources Management Systems. Proficient with market standard data analytics & reporting tools - Excel and SQL; Python or R a plus.
Experience in displaying information in a meaningful & user-friendly way.
Experience creating automated dashboards designed for user self-service, ideally in Tableau or equivalent.
Experience analyzing complex people data (e.g. headcount, attrition, recruiting metrics, diversity metrics).
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with internal business partners at all levels of the organization.
Highly collaborative and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work in a self-guided manner.
Good research abilities.
Exhibits sound and accurate judgment, support and explain reasoning for decisions.
Familiarity with data architecture fundamentals and data warehousing.
