Job description
Working alongside a HR team of two, the successful candidate will provide the full range of generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle. The role will suit a diplomatic individual who can confidently support senior leaders on day-to-day issues, and who can be hands-on with the day-to-day tasks of the department.
An up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practice is essential, and the role will suit a diplomatic individual who can confidently support senior leaders on day-to-day issues, and who can be hands-on with the day-to-day tasks of the department. Duties will include but not limited to:
- Managing all stages of HR casework
- Taking minutes for complex HR meetings
- Overseeing the School's Single Central Record (SCR)
- Working with the HR team to manage the recruitment processes (advertising to appointing)
- Ensure a rigorous performance management process for all staff
- Monitor attendance and punctuality of all staff in line with policy
- To ensure organisation of staff files and ensure all relevant checks are completed
Job Type: Full-time

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- HR: 2 years (required)
