About the role
As Senior HR Business Partner you will have the scope to add a significant influence on the way we empower our Managers and support our Colleagues, evolve our processes and policies and continue to advance our HR partnering led approach to the business.
You will be a proactive and solutions orientated Manager, motivating, and developing the HR Team to deliver an efficient and fit for purpose day-to-day operational HR service. The team pride themselves on;

This is a true HR Generalist role as the HR team design, deliver and embed all aspects HR including;
Policy and Process improvement.- Ensuring that the company offers a competitive reward and benefit offering.
- Supporting on complex Employee Relations matters.
- Ensuring that HR Data and Analytics are at the forefront of shaping people programmes.
- Using information to shape the Learning and Development agenda.

This role will work very closely with the Senior Leadership team and the role reports directly to the Group HR Director, who you will work closely with and deputise for in their absence.
Hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.30pm and Friday, 9am to 5pm. The role is based in our stunning Head Office in Ringwood but will require some travel.
About you
The ideal person will hold a recognised HR qualification, ideally having a minimum of CIPD level 5 or equivalent, you will have substantial experience as an HR professional in a growing environment, multi-site company. You will have excellent people leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a team to improve performance through coaching and mentoring.
