IT Service Manager
- Location in London or Thames Valley with access to hybrid work arrangements
- Requirement for travel to High Wycombe area minimum 3 days per week
- Initial 3-month contract with high opportunity for extension
About You
We are looking for an individual who thrives on challenge and can work well with colleagues and management alike to meet deadlines and achieve strategic goals. Strong leadership capabilities and ability to drive continuous improvement within their role.
Your role
You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing our IT service catalogue, ensuring that it meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders. You will also be responsible for maintaining service descriptions, processes, and service level agreements.
What you'll do In the role you will be responsible for:
- Creating and maintaining the IT services catalogue
- Document a refined process for the Managed Service being delivered to a key client.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and document IT services
- Implementing IT Service Catalogue for existing large client
- Report on IT Service Performance and KPIs
- Oversee day-to-day operation and delivery of IT services
- Manage the transformation of IT Service
What we're looking for
- Suitable Degree Qualification
- 10+ years experience in IT Service Delivery
- Advanced knowledge and experience in ITIL methodology and processes (ITIL4 Practitioner Certification highly desirable)
- Knowledge of how IT services are designed, developed, and delivered.
- Advanced communication skills - written and verbal
- Problem-solving skills
- Teamwork and Leadership skills
- Strong skills in people management and risk management
