Our Client has openings for SHCA/Senior Support Worker for Full time – Days/Nights in Roland Gardens, SW7. Looking for applicants with prior experience in Healthcare Sector. The home is rated "Good" in CQC ratings and is registered for a maximum of 26 Service Users.
The care home is located at the heart of West London that consists of four adjoining, elegant London residencies that were connected together to form a single home with space for 25 en-suite rooms. It was refurbished in 2007/08, so it combines the historic feel with a modern and up to date interior.
Job Details as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Roland Gardens, SW7
Salary: £12.36 per hour
Schedule: Days / Nights – 12-hour shift
Responsibilities as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:
As a valued member of our care family, you'll work within our care home environment delivering high-quality to the residents. Working as part of the care team, you'll recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents, conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, as well as, contributing to care planning and coaching support workers. With an emphasis on high quality, the purpose of the role is to maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence.
Requirements as SHCA/Senior Support Worker:
- Proven experience of working in a care setting,
- A good team player,
- NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care or willing to work towards,
