The carehomes offers expert nursing care with comfortable luxurious furnishings and a friendly atmosphere.
Each suite has lounges, a library, cinema room, beauty salon, a lovely garden.

Responsibilities as SHCA:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy Manager. You will lead, facilitate, and participate in staff meetings, staff training, supervision, appraisals, and development activities. You can also expect to administer medication, carry out assessments and care plans. Like everyone at the care home, Senior Care Assistants will always respect the dignity and preferences of our residents as well playing their own part in establishing an environment that’s warm, welcoming, and comfortable.
Requirements as SHCA:
You should have an QCF diploma in Social Care Level 2 (or equivalent) with previous experience in providing care at a similar level. You will be familiar and experienced in the safe administration of medication and be committed to providing person-centered care to residents.
