Role Overview:
We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to join our UX and Design team. You are a great creative thinker and design practitioner with attention to detail who is excited to shape our stable of brands, which includes TP ICAP Group, Tullett Prebon, ICAP and PVM (see appendix for detail on our client-facing brands).
You will be joining TP ICAP at an exciting time, with a huge focus on upgrading the look and feel of the Group brand and its core client-facing brands, across all mediums, to better engage both internal and external audiences.
The role sits within Group Marketing & Communications, reporting directly into the Group Head of the UX and Design function, who is responsible for the visual identity of the Group brand and its business brands, the user experience and design of the trading platforms and product marketing.
Role Responsibilities:
- Work across TP ICAP and our stable of brands.
- Create design solutions to engage both internal (employees) and external (institutional clients and other business-focused audiences).
- Hands on and involved in the design process end-to-end from ideation to delivery.
- Tackle a wide range of creative problems across multiple channels: brand development and guidance, marketing collateral (presentations, product sheets, emails, invitations, event stands, merchandise), social and online campaigns.
- Translate creative ideas across print, digital and moving image (e.g. Digital - Social, Website, Email / Video and Animation / Product launches and demos / Large Format Print for Events / Print: Design and typesetting of decks, brochures, ads and merchandise).
- Scoping jobs and managing costs.
- Taking responsibility to hit deadlines and making impactful use of budget.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators and specialists from around our Marketing & Communications team.
- Work with stakeholders from across the business as well as external suppliers such as freelancers and agency partners.
- Fulfil any additional / ad hoc duties as required to meet the needs of the business.
Experience / Competences:
- Experience in a similar role working in a fast-paced design team.
- Academic and applied knowledge in one or more related areas including: Animation, Motion Design, Graphic Design, Visual Design.
- Experience of working across and delivering for digital channels – web, social.
- A diverse portfolio of outstanding visual and motion design.
- Team player with effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
