The Department of Economics and the Department of Politics and International Relations have an exciting opportunity for someone with strong financial administration skills to join our Professional Services Team.
We are seeking a professional and organised individual. You will work closely with the Finance Officer and the prime focus will be to support staff and students on a wide range of financial matters, and to ensure that the Departments comply fully with internal and external audit requirements.
You will have a working knowledge of financial procedures, preferably in a higher education setting, with the ability to work to the highest degree of accuracy. You will have excellent IT Skills, effective communication skills both written and verbal and excellent customer service skills are essential. This is a key role in enabling the Finance Team to provide a proactive, professional service.
