Job description

We require a Senior Digital Project Manager, with excellent project management experience, as well as technical knowledge, to work as part of a dynamic and agile Infrastructure team.

The post holder will be responsible for running technical projects and programmes, both internally and for our customer base.

As a Senior Digital Project Manager you will need to provide budget and financial assurance for your portfolio of projects, ensuring value for money from project resources.

You will manage and monitor individual related project budgets, monitoring costs, expenditure and benefits.

As an individual you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in both a technical and non-technical language. You will maintain effective engagement with customers and project team members in a variety of formats, so the progress of the project at each stage is understood and managed.

  • Evaluates complex situations using multiple sources of information to validate and interpret.
  • Manages and appropriately escalates: risks, issues, and changes associated to the project delivery
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and interact with all levels
  • Analysis, planning, developing requirements documents, building functional models, developing procedures, developing functional architectures, and other related management and technical duties
  • Assigns and monitor work of technical personnel, ensuring that project steps are in alignment with business objectives, on-time and within budget
  • Creates a method of change management including ownership of documentation, communication plans, process training, etc.
