An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Digital Producer with the drive, ambition and hands-on experience to join our digital department.

You will have the opportunity to help build a world-class digital department. The Senior Digital Producer will lead all layers of digital project management and delivery from scoping and discovery, ideation, briefing, production, live event, and post-project close and assist in reviewing and supporting junior team members with their projects.

The role:
Lead all layers of digital project management and delivery across multiple, simultaneous projects

Own the financial and time management of large, complex projects and peer-review estimates and scoping documentation within the department to ensure financials and deliverables are informed, documented and accurate

Provide onsite project delivery - either leading or collaborating with senior colleagues within a cross-functional team

Build and maintain genuine, trusting, and strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Establish a deep understanding of our clients, their business objectives and strategy and lead on proactive, creative digital solutions that support these goals

Lead project-related client service including day-to-day communication, meetings, and presentations

Support the HoD to create, develop and maintain process and a way of working that empowers team members to do their best work and the department to scale as needed

Line manage and assist in reviewing and supporting junior team members with their projects

Partner with the commercial and business services teams to carry out research, due diligence, and quality assurance of suppliers

Undertake ongoing training to retain an operational knowledge of GDPR and health & safety requirements

Assist the HoD with recruitment and management of the digital team with scope to help shape a world-class department

Skills and Experience:
Essential:
Events at a senior level, leading digital projects in the live events industry

Proven experience in the entire lifecycle of digital development from creative discovery, requirement gathering, specification, build, test, deployment, and support

Proven experience in the delivery of live events with digital and/or immersive experiences

Large-scale software production: ideation and software architecture, user-experience design, testing, maintenance, and analysis

Client services, relationship management and delivering commercially successful projects

Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams in person and remotely and drive success

Exceptional skills in interacting with clients at various levels and across functions, building strong relationships, pre-empting needs, interrogating requirements, managing expectations, and responding to change with tact and optimism

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment and to plan effectively to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

Understanding GDPR regulations and their Impact on projects

Understanding H&S obligations for project delivery

Strong commercial and strategic acumen

Knowledge of the changing landscape of digital and its integration with live events, including development approaches, creative technologies, and content management systems

Demonstrable experience in project and/or product management

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Organised with exceptional attention to detail

Desirable:
An interest of emerging technologies, digital trends, and technical innovation

Mentoring team members in your areas of expertise

Immersive technology production including VR and AR
