Job Title: Senior Digital Designer
Location: Hybrid Work Home based/Office based – Didsbury, Manchester
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: £32,000-£35,000 depending on experience

The Role
The Senior Digital Designer will create online content, including email designs, artwork, social media graphics, and web content. They work closely with the marketing team to produce on-brand and eye-catching campaigns that align with a company's overall aesthetic and reports to the Head of Marketing.
They are someone the other designers look up to and come to for advice and they thrive to make sure every piece of work delivered is of the highest quality across the team.
Responsibilities:
- Designing, producing, and managing online content, including email templates, social media, and promotional artwork, and UI designs
- Collaborating with the Digital Marketing Executives to ensure that all designs align with the brand image, while also meeting usability and website standards
- Ensuring consistency in designs and content across all brands
- Transforming wireframes into intuitive user interfaces
- Reviewing product positioning and online marketing content to identify room for improvement
- Providing advice and guidance on the aesthetic for campaigns
- Maintaining the highest standards of artwork and leading by example to follow the brand guidelines as closely as possible
- Quality check all work within the team of designers, making sure they meet brand guidelines and meet expectations
- Assign briefs to the relevant designers/developers based on timings and skills
- Directing the art team in production of digital assets and other deliverables
- Working with the marketing team and departments to ensure the brand guidelines are being met across all our collateral
- Helping to create and refine work processes for the team to follow to increasing efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in digital design, graphic design, or a related field
- 4+ years proven experience in a professional digital design role
- A portfolio of previous digital design work to showcase experience and creativity
- Solid knowledge of design software programs, such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
- Ability to clearly present design ideas and concepts for campaigns and projects
- A team player with exceptional organisational and technical skills
- An understanding of html (not essential)
- Ability to create short gif animations
- Ability to draw and illustrate as well as graphic design layouts
- Highly organised and meet deadlines
- UI and email design experience.
