Client Services Partner/ Digital Account Manager
Hybrid
A rapidly growing Digital agency in Brighton is looking for a Senior Digital Account Manager/Client Service Parter who can contribute to a forward thinking and progressive agency.
The role is Hybrid working; therefore, we are looking for candidates that are able to work within the Brighton area when required.
Ideally, we want someone with Agency experience, however happy to consider others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing multiple clients
- Client facing and interacting at all levels.
- Upselling to existing clients.
- Oversee client projects from inception through completion.
- Manage retention and renewal of client contracts.
- Participate in New Business proposals and pitches.
- Plan and manage digital campaigns.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports
Key Skills:
- Account management experience within an agency environment.
- Able to grow client relationships.
- Strategic thinking.
- Digital marketing understanding.
- Experience overseeing digital campaigns.
