The TTL Senior Designer will work on a variety of Through The Line campaigns and projects, collaborating very closely with marketing and wider Sky Creative teams. This is a senior level role, so we’re looking for someone with over 5 years’ experience in TTL design who has the capability of managing big projects and mentoring junior members of the team!

What you'll do:
Design and create on brand communications with clear call to action.
Oversee design projects, from conception to delivery.
Present to clients and senior partners.
Generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services.
Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects.
Inspire and mentor those around you and be collaborative in everything you do.
Develop new and unique ideas that push our brand forward...
What you'll bring:
Proven work experience as a Senior Designer with the ability to think across different media – Print, Motion, Digital and Social Media.
A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign).
An eye for detail, strong typographic skills and a flair for design.
Experience in managing designers.
Presentation skills and the ability to creatively advise and exchange ideas with other team members.
A calmness under pressure, that can respond positively to feedback
