We are a multi award winning agency with over 30 years’ experience in Healthcare communications. We work with clients on a global and local level including Pfizer, Astra Zeneca, Sobi, Teva, Moderna and Philips
We are looking for an ambitious and talented fully integrated Multi-Disciplinary Designer/Art Director to join our creative department.
On a day-to-day basis you will be working across a variety of brands and projects. Working closely with the Creative Director and Design Manager you will have a great can-do attitude, a minimum of 7 year’s experience in a creative agency or in-house environment as well as a relevant qualification degree level or above

- You’re an experienced, versatile visual communicator who seamlessly crosses disciplines. You’re equally at home developing memorable, disruptive concepts as you are creating beautifully crafted works of design.
- Generating and executing innovative ideas has become second nature, and your affinity for your work is contagious.
- You’re a born problem solver, bringing together a synthesis of skills, design strategies, processes and methodologies from multiple disciplines to solve complex client problems and tell a brands story. You ask ’how can I solve this problem’ rather than ‘what am I being asked to produce’.
- You’re a dynamic storyteller who uses your visual toolkit to create brand experiences.
- You express your creativity in different ways, whether that’s through cutting edge graphic design, beautifully considered user experience, emotive animation or AI generated art – you use whatever tools are at your disposal to communicate visually.
- The metaverse inspires and excites you. It’s your new playground. AI isn’t a threat to you. It’s the horse – you are the rider.
- To you, understanding customer insights and experience strategy is not a nice to have – it’s a given. You want to deliver the right creative expression, to the right person at the right time.

The role:
- Working across a variety of channels you will be responsible for the creation of a wide spectrum of creative concepts, executions and deliverables across multiple accounts
- Working within client brand guidelines to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Effectively managing workload within agreed, and sometimes tight, timescales
- Proactively monitoring quality, accuracy, and consistency at all stages
- Proficient in industry standard software/application (Adobe CS etc)
