Job description
We’re working exclusively with a premium fashion brand in South Manchester looking to start building an in-house Design team with a Senior Designer.
Our Client
A premium ladies fashion brand, they’ve grown substantially in the first few years, with turnover already in 8 figures and expected to quadruple in the current financial year. They’ve really carved a niche for themselves within the market. They sell directly to consumer via their Ecommerce site and through partnerships with major retailers.
The Role
They’ve been using freelancers but are now looking to start building an in-house Design team. You’ll help to drive their brand and content across all channels, including: website, email marketing, brochures, social media platforms and all other communication and marketing tools. Reporting into the Creative Lead, this is a hands-on role and you’ll be responsible for a broad range of design and art direction. They see this role as one that will grow and a team will be built around.
You
You should be an experienced and confident Senior Designer, with solid experience of both print and digital design, in particular email design, as well as an excellent eye for layout, colour and typography. You should be able to create beautiful, sophisticated and stylish design from a simple brief that helps create stand out brand for their customers, while adhering to brand guidelines. You should be able to manage your own diverse workload to varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and able to work closely with the marketing team. Any experience working with fashion and/or ecommerce brands would be advantageous.
