SALARY: £85,255 - £100,300
About this Opportunity
- Strategic thinking and research planning – the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate these into detail research proposals and research plans
- Leadership – the ability to lead a small team of more junior researchers, helping them to deliver high quality research and also providing coaching and development to improve their research capabilities.
- Deep qualitative and quantitative research expertise - understanding what is needed, crafting the brief, analysing and interpreting results. Plus a strong practical understanding of how to best apply a broad range of research techniques
- Can translate business requirements into well-conceived and useful insight - Translate business requirements into well-conceived and actionable insight
- Ability to speedily and proactively identify the most important and relevant insights from research and put these across clearly
- Strong project management capabilities, adaptable and able to deliver multiple projects at the same time
- Enjoys working in partnership with colleagues and suppliers to ensure delivery to specification, using budget efficiently and meeting timelines
- Able to think expansively and design research studies that help to understand future customer needs and test future propositions
- Ability to understand business challenges and influence / guide on relevant research requirements.
- Ability to quickly translate business requirements into a coherent brief that balances cost, time and robustness.
- Experience managing to a research budget and finding efficient ways to deliver high quality research
