Senior Customer Journey Lead – Protect – UK Investment Wealth Solutions and Insurance

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Customer Journey Lead – Protect. This role sits within the IWS&I team, HSBC UK and reports directly to the Head of Customer Journey - Protect. The successful candidate will work in close partnership with the Head of Customer Journey to execute the customer strategy
In this role, you will:
- Support the Head of Customer Journey in the definition and execution of HSBC’s Protect strategy
- Deliver market leading propositions focused on customer experience that supports and delivers against the broader HSBC UK wealth strategy
- Run the day-to-day management of the journey backlog including re-evaluating priorities, making recommendations and representing the Journey across multiple governance and decision making forums
- Defining and driving journey enhancements and initiatives, working with the Senior Customer Journey Deployment Lead to execute, deliver and measure developments in the end-to-end journey
- Working with key stakeholders to identify, evaluate and prioritize developments and initiatives designed to meet identified customer needs
To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Experience in banking, insurance or financial services
- Demonstrable experience of customer proposition journeys.
- Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure priorities are aligned
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational and time management skills
This is a Hybrid working role with the base location as either Birmingham, Whiteley or London. Travel to site 2 days a week
