What’s the Job?
The Senior CRM Manager will have a pivotal role in Castore’s business growth. The role will cover Castore’s mainline brand and its teams, inclusive of; Rangers, Newcastle United and McLaren Formula 1 team.
This role consists of two key aspects. To manage a team of Executives and Senior Executives to make sure the day to day operations are executed across broadcast, ensuring we hit sales targets across each site. This role also involves a strategic medium to long term approach. Spearheading the push towards automation, pushing our technical capabilities and partners, monitoring key KPI’s across the department such as repeat orders, time to order and cross purchases.
What will I do?
- Manage an ambitious and energetic CRM team who can be the leader who can guide and build, but also capable of stepping in when needed
- Monitor team performance against a narrow but key set of KPI’s
- Develop and deploy a retention strategy, focused on maximizing CLTV
- Build a Test and Learn framework to drive optimisation and continuous improvement executions
- Analyse results & key learnings effectively present back to senior team
- Take the lead in developing our technical capabilities
What skills and qualities will I need?
Key Skills:
- Experience gained from a similar role and environment, with proven success in CRM
- International experience ideal, but not essential
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to prepare, interpret and present data
- App experience, in terms of execution and what best in class looks like
- Experience of Klayvio and Shopify ideal
Personal Qualities:
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- The ability to deal with fast paced scenarios
