Lloyds Cardnet provide essential card processing services to small and medium businesses as well as a number of corporate organisations. You will be a member of the Cardnet Credit team assessing new and existing applications as we look to grow the business and support our customers.

Core Purpose of Role – You will join the Cardnet Credit team at a significant time of change and growth as new automation and digitalisation initiatives are delivered and embedded over the next two to three years.

As a result of Cardnet’s ambitious growth plans, an opportunity has arisen to become a full-time Senior Credit Analyst within the Credit Risk team. You will be working in a collaborative fashion and have responsibility for a wide range of credit related activities including underwriting applications for new and existing customers, credit reporting and providing support to Cardnet front line colleagues and the Credit Management team.

The role offers a unique opportunity to experience end to end credit related activities through the cycle in a variety of sectors and business activities”

What are we looking for? – A track record of the required experience proven within a Credit team or Credit related function. You will need to be able to work effectively as an individual and within a supportive team to ensure daily customer service metrics are met and have excellent written and verbal communication skills when dealing with front line colleagues”

Essentials
  • Previous experience in credit risk or credit related activities and duties
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Agile and open to change
  • Strong investigative skills and good attention to detail
  • Sound judgement and be comfortable and able to make decisions

Desirables
  • A card acquiring / card processing background
  • Sound understanding and knowledge of financial accounts
  • Line Management and coaching skills
