The Senior Creative Producer (Visual Arts) is a senior role within Rural Arts that shapes the artistic vision of the organisation's visual art output. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about both participatory and professional visual arts, with responsibility for our visual arts vision and output.
The Courthouse has a busy creative programme, including workshops, courses, events and exhibitions, and our outreach work includes projects for older, disabled and unemployed people, as well as children and young people. We're also excited to work across disciplines, bringing our visual and performing arts practice into synergy for specific projects and initiatives.

Annual Salary: £25,200 - £29,400 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with some weekend and evening work. Time Off In Lieu will be given.
Employment type: Permanent
Annual Leave: 24 days, three of which must be between Christmas and New Year. This is not inclusive of Bank Holidays.
Remote Working: The minimum attendance we anticipate this role requiring at The Courthouse, Thirsk, is three days per week across Tuesday - Friday. This is subject to change and may increase any amount up to five days per week.
