Required Experience
- Hi-Res artwork ready content for consumer orientated brands
- Digitally savvy: Content for most of these: Web, social media, apps, media screens
- Artwork for print across mixed media
- Packaging & complex POS artwork
- 4+ Years in Agency or In-House roles as Mid-Weight Artworker, or above
- 4+ Years daily & thorough use of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
- 4+ Years Mac OS
- 4+ Years of working alongside / with Senior Designers, Creative Leads, Art Directors
- MIS and workflow platforms
Advantageous Experience
- Multi-page presentation PPT decks
- ISO accredited working standards
- Working with Developers on digital content
- Lo-Fi Wireframes
- Hi-end retouching
- Graphic animation through After Effects
- 3D modelling or Motion Graphics
- Illustration (Vector or other medium)
Responsibilities
- Self-starting* on perfecting visual content for final output, distribution, and reproduction
- Self-starting* on adaptation of exiting designs
- Self-starting* on new derivative designs, where concept and overall themes have been set
- self-starting = getting under the skin of a requirement and convincing stakeholders the best courses of action without the need for management or more senior approval and guidance
- Consistently high level of same-day turn-around output
- Estimating given tasks against deadlines with consistent accuracy
- Efficiency of roll-out of content creation
- Advise, guide, and recommend effective methods of content creation
- High level of visual crafting - based on direction given by Creative Directors and Art Directors
- Support designers in how to realise designs through to Hi-Res appropriately
- Quality control & validation of colleagues output
- Identify where design decisions require escalation and direction, and seek out accordingly
- Work with suppliers to unfold best working practices
- Asset navigation efficiency
- Traceable and meticulously consistent / logical file-naming / asset linking methods
- Providing de-brief commentary on state of the job
Skills to be used
- Digital Artwork for print and digital mediums
- Replicate Low-Res visions as Hi-Res perfection
- Typographic & Layout design where required
- Attention to every detail
- Getting under the skin of a brief, and providing clarity and vision
- Managing expectations across multiple stake holders
- Note taking - listening - effectively communicating
- Asset navigation efficiency through meticulous and logical file structuring and naming conventions
