The NSE Finance Operations (FinOps) team was established in early 2021 to support the NSE geographies (BE, CH, DK, IE, IT, NL, and UK) in maintaining and optimising the SWIFT platform. Since then, a diverse and comprehensive FinOps portfolio has been built comprising of several Strategic Projects (Anaplan, BEAM, ADM, My Dashboard, etc.), numerous Geography platform enhancements as well as the facilitation and coordination of incoming changes from other Member Firms. Alongside the portfolio, the team provides governance and manages relationships with GFS Shared Operations, Global Process Teams, and Swift Technology Teams.

We are currently looking for the positions that will support the functional implementation of ADM project for NSE.

The Change Consultant position be fully focused on ADM project reporting directly to the NSE ADM Functional Lead who reports into the NSE Platform and Process Lead. This position will also work closely with the ADM Activation Lead.

The main responsibility of the Change Consultant is designing the materials to enable NSE Geographies activate ADM modules, as well as deploying them to business.

The opportunity for this role is to be part of a high priority project at a European level, with great visibility within NSE Finance leadership, as well as collaborating with high performing teams across Geographies.

The main responsibilities for the role are:

• Revise Global SWIFT (S/4HANA) ADM solution documentation (as activated across NSE) and working with the NSE ADM Functional Lead for documenting the NSE wide ADM principles (operational and accounting).
• Document ADM guidelines & definitions for each ADM type, to ensure a common understanding across Geographies.
• Develop playbooks and ‘activation' guiding principles for the geographies to follow, keeping alignment with the ADM Activation Lead.
• Develop playbooks to deploy ADM for new Delivery Centres per country, including the suggested change management strategy.
• Support the NSE ADM Functional Lead with the development of materials for Senior stakeholder management.

• Experience delivering Change Management services for ERP implementation experience desirable
• Design of engagement plans based on stakeholder mapping
• Communications design
• Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills

• Bachelor’s degree on Business, Organisational Psychology, or similar, or equivalent
• Desirable: Change Management Certification
