Senior Care Assistant

36 Hours - 30 Senior Care & 6 Day care

18 Hours 12 Senior & 6 Day Care

As a Senior carer you will make a direct difference to our residents' lives; leading the care team on the floor, assisting with medication, providing personal care and serving food and drinks. Unique to our homes, we also give seniors the chance to professionally develop their managerial skills: Seniors will spend around 6 hours in the office each week, learning managerial skills for specific aspects of the home, such as delivering supervisions, doing audits or mentoring junior staff.
