Job description
Senior Carer - dependent on qualifications held and experience, pay rate variable.
Day shifts are 7am - 2pm or 2pm - 9pm, to include at least one weekend day and cover for annual leave.
Inglewood is located adjacent to Lyme Park in Disley. We provide residential, dementia and day care for up to 22 residents. It is a small family owned and managed home. As a Senior Carer you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will manage and work with a team of Carers and other staff to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the shift, medications and relevant reports. You will encourage your colleagues to perform their role to the best of their ability ensuring residents' and staff wellbeing.
Experience in care is required. The successful applicant will be qualified to Level 2 minimum or equivalent in the relevant field, or be motivated to work towards achieving this.
Equally as important is a caring nature, enthusiasm and initiative.
